Privacy Policy

Overview

RizzWise is designed to be privacy-first. We avoid collecting personal data by default. Optional, privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) are only loaded with your consent via the consent banner. We do not sell personal data.

Controller

The data controller is Moonshift Labs (RizzWise). Contact: hello@rizzwise.com.

Categories of Data

  • Waitlist Email: If you join the waitlist, we process your email address.
  • Analytics (optional): If you consent, we use Plausible to collect aggregate, anonymous traffic metrics. No tracking by default.

Lawful Basis

  • Consent: For analytics (loaded only after you opt in).
  • Legitimate Interest or Contract: For communication regarding product updates when you join the waitlist.

Data Retention

Waitlist emails are retained until launch communications complete, then deleted within a reasonable period unless you opt-in for ongoing updates. In development, emails are stored locally in a JSON file and are not shared externally. In production, emails are stored securely in a managed database (e.g., Supabase).

Your Rights (GDPR)

  • Access: Request a copy of your data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data.
  • Rectification: Request corrections.
  • Objection/Restriction: Manage processing of your data.

To exercise rights, contact hello@rizzwise.com or use our DSR endpoints:

  • Export: GET /api/dsr/export?email=you@example.com (returns what we store about your email)
  • Delete: DELETE /api/dsr/delete with JSON { email: string} (deletes your email from the waitlist)

International Transfers

We aim to store and process data in the EU where feasible. If services outside the EU are used, appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) are applied.

Necessary cookies ensure site functionality. Optional analytics cookies/scripts are only enabled after you consent via the consent banner. You can update choices on the Cookies & Consent page.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will indicate the effective date above and highlight material changes.
